Pelletizer is a feeding device of volumetric metering. It can feed material to the next process evenly and continuously, and it can withstand larger warehouse pressure. As a fine-grained material feeding equipment, it is suitable for all kinds of non sticky materials, such as pulverized coal, cement, clinker, limestone, shale, coal gangue and clay, such as powder, grainy, clay, or small pieces of material. Pelletizer can be widely used in gold dressing plant, coal mining plant and chemical industry, infrastructure and mechanized foundry, etc. for continuous uniform and quantitative feeding and batching. The machine has the advantages of simple structure, convenient adjustment and excellent performance. This machine is suitable for conveying materials with a particle size of less than 50mm, which is not suitable for transporting materials with large viscosity and unmoving materials and materials with good fluidity.

Raw meal powder is evenly wetted in the double shaft mixer and atomized water is evenly wetted, forming a spherical core with uniform grain size, and then sent into the ball plate for ball formation. The water of the ball should be controlled in 12~14%, and the water should be added to the double shaft mixer. Only a small amount of water is added to the ball plate, and the amount of water is controlled around 0~3%. The dry powder granulation is directly added to the ball forming plate and sprinkled appropriate amount of water. The nucleus of the raw material enters the ball plate and is subjected to the centrifugal force, friction and gravity in the disc and moves along the parabola. Because of the cohesiveness and plasticity of the material, the core of the ball will stick to each other and grow up gradually during the movement. As the angle of the ball plate, the height of the disc, the speed and the water, the ball of different particle size will roll down the edge of the disc by different disengagement angles because of the different gravity. In the process of continuous rolling, the ball is continuously extruded out of the surface of the ball. Due to the bond of the material and the natural volatilization of the surface liquid film, the ball has a certain strength, and then it is discharged from the edge of the disc with the rotation of the tilted disk body. When the parameters are constant, the pellets with different diameters are rolled down from the disk edge according to the different departure angles due to the different gravity. In the process of continuous rolling, the ball is continuously extruded out of the surface of the ball. Due to the bond of the material and the natural volatilization of the surface liquid film, the ball has a certain strength, and then it is discharged from the edge of the disc with the rotation of the tilted disk body.
